- How do I pay? 

On the payment page, select a payment method. Simply click on the button next to the payment option you wish to use and complete the payment process as requested. To speed up the confirmation and allocation of your payment, please send proof of payment to our email payment@ubuysa.com. Please note: it is important to use the correct reference number when paying via (internet banking / direct deposits using ). Read step-by-step instructions on how to complete your order and make payment. Once you have completed the order, you will receive an email giving you the order details. Once payment has been received, confirmed and allocated, will be notified via email.

- WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

You can purchase on our website using a debit, credit card, bank EFT. More payment methods are being updated. You can choose these payment methods at checkout. In order to expedite your payment confirmation. When you complete the payment, please send the proof of payment to the email payment@ubuysa.com.

 

- IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD AT THIS WEBSITE?

We use third-party payment processing services to process all credit/debit card payment transactions. These payment intermediaries are PCI-compliant, which is the most stringent level of certification standard that ensures all cardholders’ data is stored, processed, and transmitted securely by using industry-standard encryption technology. 

- Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within 2 business days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take some time to process the payment back into your account. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

- Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit Create an Account and follow the instructions on-screen.

- How do I add or remove products after placing my order?

Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications on the website. Please contact our customer support team through 'Contact us' form for any modification of the order.

- Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at Contact us just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

 

- How long will it take to ship my order?

We do not ship outside South Africa. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location as well as the type of product you order. Normally, once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 72 hours to process and mark it ready for delivery. Please contact us if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status. Please read the shipping policy for details

 -Why has my order been cancelled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is cancelled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

- How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you Contact us straight away after ordering, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it. Note: In this case, you have to bear all shipping fee.

- Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. To make changes to your order, please reach out to support by submitting your request via "Contact us" form. Note: If the order ship out, you will not be able to change it.

-What countries do you ship to?

Now only supports domestic shipping parcels in South Africa. For shipping outside of South Africa, please reach out to our customer support through Contact us.

- How much is shipping?

The shipping fee depends on the product you ordered and the delivery area. Please refer to this shipping fee table to check shipping fees in different shipping areas. Free shipping is available in some areas. Please JOIN US NEWSLETTER to get free shipping news in time.

- Can I track my order?

Yes. Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email along with the link to track your order. Or, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

- Do you accept returns?

Yes, We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must have been sold on our online store. The item shouldn't have been used in any way. The item should have in its original packaging with all the tags etc. The return request is made within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange, please submit your request via "Contact us" form. A member of our support staff shall respond as soon as possible. Please read our Return policy carefully.

- Can I exchange an item?

Yes, We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns.  The item must have been sold on our online store. The item shouldn't have been used in any way. The item should have in its original packaging with all the tags etc. The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange, please submit your request via "Contact us" form. A member of our support staff shall respond as soon as possible. Please read our Return policy carefully.

- How do I return an item?

Please contact our customer service team via Contact us. Providing the return is within the 30 days cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email.

-Can I use multiple coupons on the same transaction?

Only one coupon can be used on a single transaction or a cart. You can however add multiple items to one cart to use one coupon and available discounts.
