The double baking tray is made of a thick layer of die-cast aluminum with a non-stick coating, reinforced with lava stone and ceramic microparticles. The combination of materials ensures maximum performance in the kitchen: extremely resistant to abrasion and scratches, extremely effective coating to prevent food from sticking.

This double heating plate can be used on both sides (double-sided). The grilled side is ideal for grilling meats and fish, kebabs, hamburgers, sausages, steak, salmon, prawns, grilled vegetables, peppers, aubergines, courgettes, mushrooms, artichokes, toast, sprigs and more.

On the other hand, the smooth side is designed to work as a griddle ideal for making pancakes, pancakes, flatbread, eggs, cheese, or even for melting sugar (caramel) or just for garnish pies, profiteroles, panettone and fruit. All this without adding oil, butter or fat for healthy, clean and low calorie cooking.
